The GENIUS Act 2025 promised to reshape finance, yet digital dollar regulations remain stalled. I will show you how stablecoin regulation is progressing slowly and how Ripple (XRP) is advancing quickly.

Dana Love, PhD marks the first anniversary of the GENIUS Act with a forensic audit of what was promised and what was delivered. One year after the signing: eight proposed rules, zero final ones, a deadline that died in plain sight on June 22, and a Federal Reserve that appeared exactly once. Meanwhile, the same regulators granted bank charters to ten crypto firms in seven months. This video follows the mechanism: who the regulatory gap protects, how it connects to the stalled CLARITY Act and this weekend’s Senate math, why Bitcoin got routed around by a payments architecture it cannot join, and how Ripple built a four-layer regulatory stack that has RLUSD outscaling Tether’s USAT ten to one, with the GENIUS Act’s own shepherd, Bo Hines, running the losing side.

  1. The proposed incineration of a substantial part of XRP's total circulation stands to significantly influence its market price. This reduction in available XRP would likely enhance its value, as scarcity tends to drive up prices. This scenario, along with Ripple's current legal proceedings and its formation of key alliances, might make XRP an especially appealing option for cryptocurrency investors. It's advisable for investors to keep a keen eye on Ripple's maneuvers and the corresponding market responses. Such movements could unveil distinctive investment prospects in the ever-changing world of cryptocurrencies. managed to grow a nest portfolio of around 67k to a decent $1M+ in the space of a few months. I'm especially grateful to Thanks again, Marie j Freeman, for the regular updates,.,

  2. Great, so now the US government has a permanent, direct kill switch over the entire USDC ecosystem. Say goodbye to financial autonomy.

  3. Circle fought hard for this bank charter right after getting slammed for not helping scam victims and letting hackers launder hundreds of millions in USDC. The timing is almost comical, regulators handed them the keys to be a "trusted bank" while the lawsuits and complaints were still warm. USDC is now a bank product with the same old problems and a fancier license.

  4. A company with Circle's track record — freezing innocent wallets, delaying theft freezes, stonewalling victims — just became a federally chartered trust bank. That's not a win for consumers, that's regulators admitting they can't control crypto so they're just licensing the problem away.

  5. Circle got sued for hiding compliance failures, got hit with a criminal complaint for ignoring court orders, and still managed to snag a bank charter. The bar for "federally regulated trust bank" apparently just requires a good PR team. USDC is now wrapped in OCC branding while Circle continues business as usual.

  6. Remember when Circle froze 16 random business wallets over a sealed civil case but let $285M in stolen Drift funds walk? Now they're a bank, so that selective freeze power just got a federal stamp of approval. The OCC basically blessed a system where Circle picks winners and losers based on which court order they feel like following.

  7. Circle got their bank charter while literally facing a criminal complaint for refusing to return stolen USDC to scam victims as courts ordered. You can now be a federally chartered trust bank AND stonewall prosecutors trying to get people's money back, that's a terrifying precedent. USDC is officially a bank product that doesn't have to help you when you're robbed.

  8. Every time I watch this video, I remember where I started. Two years ago, I had nothing saved, debts everywhere, and a basement apartment to sleep in. Now I’ve hit $1M this year and surpassed my 2026 financial goals. The biggest lesson? Stop looking for shortcuts. One strong strategy, proper risk management, and consistency can completely change your life.

  9. Yesterday you were saying XRP was not moving lots of money, the big partners were not moving money on XRPL, but just holding it. Are you pro XRP or Anti XRP?

  10. The Titanic's structural engineers, builders and most of all the passengers who HODL also had great conviction in the unsinkable ship. They "knew what they held" as it sunk beneath the waves. Same with XRP trinket carnival circus token.

  11. You said the quiet part out loud.
    1. THE CONSUMER / US CITIZENS LOST
    2. Corporations are winning (Circle, Ripple, Tether, etc)

I would have liked if you stepped into the correlation. When the government picks winners, the US citizens, consumers lose.

With bitcoin you can use lightning or on-chain and don't need permission.

These corporations are laying the framework for digital slavery, cbdc like digital currency that can be turned on and off. It is a fully centralized system. Bitcoin is decentralized. They are trying to stop people from using bitcoin as a currency, because it sidesteps their digital panopticon

  12. THANK YOU DANA, IT'S CLEAR WHO OWNS THE GOV. ''FED,TREASURY, ECT.***'' THEY NEED TO REGULATE AND MAKE ILLEGAL BY ANY MEENS NECESSARY THE FREEDOM TO MOVE MONEY FROM THEIR BANKS TO OUR OWN CUSTODIAL WALLETS AND SEND TO ANY ONE WE WANT.

  13. Are you even aware that 60% of Stablecoins are issued on Ethereum ? Why not mention that?
Also, Kraken has been given direct access to Federal Reserve Market Account!? Why not mention it? Ripple pusher wouldn't mention it.

  14. XRP is a scam coin dude. Nobody uses XRP. It's old 2012 technology that's too slow for settlements, that's why Solana is being used by Visa, MasterCard and Western Union not XRP

  15. You are a wealth of information. I am reminded of early in the Revolutionary War and the Crown passed multiple Acts to oppose Continental Scrip.

I certainly feels like suppression. But then again, I am a sucker for a good conspiracy theory.

  16. The more you remove your emotional participation in the game the more difficult it is for them to hold their corrupt system together. Sadly most will get confused by the noise. Great analysis again. Gold silver land food and some BTC too bought at the bottom….your chosen crypto/tokenized dollar as a payment system only

  17. So, is a stable coin basically the mirror image of the fiat dollar, only a digital beast? Will this be the monster that replaces "cash"? And if you want to play in the "GAME" and not have your digital account turned off you need to be a good boy and girl?

  18. This guy's just another person who doesn't know the difference between Bitcoin and 'premined payment rail tokens'. It's not BTC vs XRP, it's XRP vs Sol, Eth, Stellar etc. Bitcoin is a separate, incomparable, and self sustaining system.

  19. Just another example of how Government fixes nothing. Just another way for them to get their filthy hand into the producers pocket! Notice how despite the Cash Economy flourishes, they do nothing to reel it in. All employers who pay cash and all employees pay in cash, neither pay Employment Taxes. Tax cheats in plain site and Government does nothing to reel it in. Why? No easy fix plus plenty of cash flows their way! America is great but government is criminal!

  20. A 65-year-old programming language called COBOL still quietly processes over $3 trillion in banking transactions every single day — and because the original engineers are rapidly retiring, banks are scrambling to pay younger developers fortunes just to keep the ancient infrastructure from breaking

If only there was something more efficient to replace it. 🤔

    oh well

  21. Great video analysis.
Exactly why Bitcoin will someday be the ultimate money. While all these other centralized blockchains only support fiat money until it is abused further and a more awakened peoples see thru the central banks and elites control, Bitcoin will be sitting there decentralized and waiting for the bandwagon to jump on and make its final revolution. It will most likely take decades, but the king Bitcoin will patiently await everyone else’s ignorance to surpass.
