I thought the buzz sound is the cricket, until i hear the cricket sound behind or in the buzz sound..

I have insomnia and listen to this for the first time. Is it normal that it gave me a mild headache?
For me this is kind of scarry, I felt perfectly fine. I qas looking for something to sooth a dementia patient of mine and it made my left arm numb, it still hasnt went away acouple hours later.

I just feel I should point out MIT found this frequency cleared the tangles on mice brains. I do not have alz. But I am a musician and it helps me remember songs without having to look att notes
