This was amazing! About 10 minutes in I felt like I was underwater being gentle rocked back and forth through the currents. At one point I felt like I was getting a literal massage. Idk how to explain it, like the energy was swaying over my body and then applying pressure to the part where i have the most tension. I tend to have trouble with visualization but with this I just sank right into it and got swept away!
