I.used to astral project but could never choose where I went. I realized it was real when I asked my buddy what he and some of my friends were talking about the night before. I was up in the corner of his ceiling, I could see and hear, but my physical body was in my bed…

There have been some (rare) circumstances in my life in which I believe to have experienced the ability to “see” through space and time. After watching several videos on Project Stargate, of which this one was the last one, I decided to test that with my girlfriend over the phone. I told her to draw objects on a sheet of paper and give me some time to concentrate. After a few attempts, she made me swear I didn’t had installed a remote camera and that I wasn’t messing with her. If you don’t believe me it’s perfectly fair, but I’m sincerely appalled. 😳
Bla, bla, bla… how many times have they told us that a project has been inconclusive and ended only to find out it continues by a different name and/or under a different agency! It's all smoke and mirrors disguised as scientific conclusion and transparency. This is more of the same.
The study to prove or disprove the validity of remote viewing, especially the panel's conclusions, strikes me as subterfuge. I feel certain that remote viewing has not been dropped from the arsenal of intelligence gathering but that is what they would have us believe.

I am very interested in manifesting, because when I was 23 I manifested a scholarship to study abroad and didn't even apply for the scholarship. After that, I spent years living in France, I got married, traveled, started a successful business and so much more. I actually got into law of attraction and things like this from other people's reactions to my life. I also have some clairvoyance, so I'm interested in how this all connects. I'm wondering if the intention you put forth. For example, "now I'm going to sit down and remote view, vs. now I'm going to sit down and manifest" is what determines your gift of ability.

i believe psychic phenomena do exist, its a matter of discovering how to induce the phenomena by some sort of artificial or neurochemical means.
I love how support for USAID continued all these years but finding missing planes, viewing laser weapon bases and potentially viewing future/past events was deemed unworthy of funding…
I've always thought that Stargate was scrapped as a way to make it even more secret so only the super duper ones know about it

I believe that they publicly cancelled and discredited the Stargate Program so that if could be restructured, repurposed and used for other military applications, (specifically involving U.AP.''s); and by doing so can keep it black with a substantially increased budget and resources.
I enjoyed both videos immensely. I watched one immediately after the other.
It hasn't ended. They still carry it on under deep secret. It's just went into such hands that they will not have to worry.
They do such things all the time, poo poo it , put it under deep cover, have it under private civilian hands in the business sector and get subjects you can control. Then you don't have to worry.
As for whether or not free will, determinism, or fate is real and which one is it, i get the impression it's a mixed bag like all things. Some things are determined in fix time, while we do still have free will most of the time. Like death. It is predetermined that it will happen, but we have many choices and free will until it happens, and many choices can lead to it or stave it off for a time.
One thing is fated for sure, you will pass on. But you have free will until then.

I'm into all of this stuff since a couple of months and pass a lot of time reflecting on all this… Concerning predetermism and free will, I gathered that we have partial free will that can let us choose one or the others way to get to a predetermined point. After I was like, what's the point, and what came to my mind was nothing else than in which state are we getting to the next predetermined point.

In order to help midigate the non-stationary effects of remote viewing, what if you accumulated all of the most talented remote viewers and had them all blindly remote view the same target without being able to share their results with each other? Then you can have data anylists compare all of the results of the remote viewers for significantly consistent themes or patterns.
Feeling a bit odd here, but can't help but wonder whether their studies have been tied into studies on sensory deprivation. Due to my own experiences since childhood, there is no doubt in my mind regarding the validity of precognition and remote viewing. But in most cases, they are absolutely right. It CAN NOT be controlled or coerced. That said, I have had some pretty astounding experiences in the tank outside the boundaries of anything I have heard from other floaters. Sound crazy enough already;) so no need to go into details, but although I still can not control my abilities there, the amplification when it does happen is unreal. Would love to have any feedback or thoughts regarding this. Kind of winging it on my own over here.

There was 1 other time the reviewer was seen by the subject and this is from swan n McGonagall and if I rem right think was price that got seen and was a base that was in Antarctica and supposedly was a alien base and they picked up on him spying right away and I guess whoever was in charge started yelling get out don't look at its eyes get out anyways swan and all them used to be on art bell show all the time and they told that story RIP Art loved his show
I believe that the final conclusion is wise as far as applying this for intelligence gathering purposes due to the uneven accuracy vs failure ratio since much is normally at stake if one decides to act upon information gathered from any of these phenomenon. But it is fascinating to see that the existence of these psychic abilities has been proven i think without a doubt to be real and as such also brings about existential questions as to our reallity and our perception of it which is what i personally care more about. And what i mostly agree on is on the fact that a remote viewer is only as successful as that individuals specific talent/gift/abilities and for any other purposes it would be interesting to see how much, if any, can an average person be able to learn and develop these skills. For intelligence purposes it is not very practical in my opinion, maybe theyve developed it to a level of acceptable success and we just dont know about it yet. In any case this is BY FAR the most in depth, well explained, researched and fascinating video regarding project stargate. Well done.
I think they carried on remote viewing in secret it would be daft not to if it was so successful and inexpensive
Another example of remote viewing was as Ingo Swann described, "the Aliens know I am viewing them" when he remote viewed for Alien bases on the Moon.
Part 1 you say “remote viewing caused changes in the magnetic field” (paraphrased). But in this it’s documented as passive. Just an observation.
