"Finally someone explaining the why behind these additions — it's not magic, it's metabolism. Cinnamon stabilizing blood sugar, MCT oil sustaining energy… this is actual science, not just trends."
Which best brands of collagen peptides would be recommended
I've been adding MCT oil to my coffee for a while now, but I'm curious about grass-fed butter! Has anyone else tried it, and did you notice a difference in energy or fat burning?
You couldn't make this video without A.I. voice? What's the matter with people. Getting lazy more, and more everyday? Don't tell me to "deal with the modern times". I won't watch.
Ceylon cinnamon added into beans before brewing; grass-fed butter or ghee; MCT oil – start w/ 1 tsp to full tablespoon; collagen peptides – 1 to 2 scoops; cardamon; raw cacao powder
Whats collagen peptides
Can I use Milk with these?
cinnamion will not mix with water so this is rubbish
i buy cheap store brand instant coffee with hot chocolate mix. delicious.
Is the raw cacao really expensive? I like coffee, but black coffee is too bitter. I can try it with the cinnamon if it’s not too pricey😊 tyty I do wanna stop my sugary creamer😮
Where do I get Ceylon cinnamon?
Nothing as in absolute nothing goes into my black filter coffee
However, won't it break your fast

butter in coffee is actually very common i believ eit was the biohacker dave aspery that blew the lid on that and made it big

I drink maringa coffee 2 hrs after waking
I am not a big coffee drinker but I add to mildly roasted/I add Ceylon cinnamon & allspice. It should have been nutmeg.
Very interesting video, I have all but need to buy cardamom
I will change my coffee routine starting 5h8s Monday. I was pre diabetic. I have been clear for 5 years now. But now I work and need to do better with with drinking coffee. I do believe that this will help. Ty.
Has anyone tried this and actually gotten results?
All I can find in stores around me is Saigon cinnamon and others that just read cinnamon.
Its just a form of periodization.
I use to add milk in my coffee, every time I drink it, even in the morning. A lot.
Is it ok? Thank you!
Is this supposed to be all of these things at once?
Really interesting video, but the coffee recipe tastes awful, slimey from the ghee and MCT oil, not sweet at all despite the cinnamon. Good idea, but I doubt people will follow it as the taste is totally undesireable.
I'm 68 years old with a "pot belly", I always drink my coffee black, I have tried many ways to burn the bel fat, I also am a type 2 diabetic, have thyroid problems as well as leukemia, to find all these things you listed being in a small city and only have a Walmart and a Pic n Save (Kroger) for stores and can't travel very far
Just another AI voice video with mispronounced words. Plus can we just have a cup of black coffee without anything added?
1/8 tsp. pink salt in first cup.
Black coffee or lightly modified coffee can support appetite control and short-term fat oxidation. Cinnamon, cacao, MCT oil, and maybe collagen can have some practical value. But the video is selling the idea that a loaded “fat-burning coffee” will meaningfully change body fat. That is not proven.
Just add to it milk, it has enough carbs and fat, so you don't even need to add sugar. if you can't drink milk, use almond milk. Truth is all it is that your body wants that sugar rush in the morning. so you might as well get it from something clean like milk or almond milk or the milk of your choice. it's not about the fat. your body wants that, quick sugar rush so you can get your muscles glycogen going. the fat has really nothing to do with it. That's why when you drink coffee without sugar it sucks and it doesn't give it the same kick. Actually it's not even about the caffeine. Your body wants that early morning carbohydrates. The issue is synergistically sugar and coffee are incredible. Don't let anybody take away your sugar from your coffee. Just add a different type of healthy carbohydrate that's why milk with natural carbohydrates works best.
Caffeine’s dual action is metabolically brilliant. Beyond adenosine antagonism, it directly upregulates the sympathetic nervous system, releasing catecholamines that forcefully stimulate adipocytes to initiate lipolysis via Hormone-Sensitive Lipase (HSL).
Any recommendation or a limit on how many cups a day can be consumed with this blended assortment.
Going to try the coffee upgrade. Thank you!
